• The roller is :Gcr 12 bearing steel(not gcr15,not 45#steel).the rollers hardness is more stronger .hot dip :(lathe,quench,finish turning ).This material has no wear in5,000,000 meters.
• The base frame of machine is adopted to big gantry milling ,make sure that have a effective and accuracy product Notice :it is an important techniques.
• The forming station is covered by the chrome-plated (other supplier’s paint) to resist the corrosion ,the firm thickness and the chrome-plated can guarantee the machine has a longer life! The big strong nut ,and chrome-plated too!Has a long life to use .
• When you adjustment the size , you just need to see the scale ,then will know it standard or not . It can save time and be convenient when adjust .
• The oil filler:When the machine maintaining,you just need pour the oil into the hole,do not take them down.save a lots time and tidy.
• Using the worm gear box (not chain)to convey the machine :guarantee that a more steady and more precision working .the keep the gear box has the oil ,then have a at least 20 years .It is more safety to work ,too.
• The surface is covered by the 0.15 mm chrome plated.in order to prevent rust between the roller and axel .
