Trailer beam hydraulic assembly table
Put the web plate and flange plate on the assembly table, use clamping system to clamp web and flange plate till the seam welding part can do welding. Table level for Web plate keeps the same, make sure welding height is the same level.
Machine detail:
- Clamp system use separate hydraulic cylinder, separate valve, separate control, easy to use.
- One side is hydraulic clamping system which can fit for curving part; another side use adjustable limit block, for other trailer model.
Trailer beam curving part has slanting hydraulic cylinder, its base can longitude adjusting to fit different curving degree and size.
